DSS  Property Management Performance Offering 

• Weekly inspections and walk thru of home/destination properties.     
•  Detailed monthly report submiited outlining condition of property, breakage, maitenance items and utility/vendor cost saving solutions.
• Professional rapport building comunication with homeowners and vendors.
• Maintain an accurate accounting of guest charges and presents to bookkeeper/accounting upon departure.
• Schedules, performs and maintains quality control over all contracted services such as landscaping, housekeeping, pool and spa maintenance and all repair/maintenance functions.
• Manage a multitude of other services as required by company.

DSS  Concierge Performance Offering 

•  Prepares a residence prior to guests’ arrival  by grocery shopping and by creating a welcoming environment.
•   Greets guests at residence upon arrival, providing a residence and resort orientation.
• Creates and offers additional guest experiences while in-house. 
• Remains on-call for guests during retreat to coordinate services needed and perform requests made. 
•   Maintains an accurate accounting of guest charges and presents to bookkeeper/accounting upon departure.
• Responds to all emergency situations with regard to operating equipment malfunctions to remedy the situation.
• Provide cleaning and maid services for members during and upon departure.
